Dr. Imami is a highly experienced surgeon certified through the American Board of Surgery. He graduated with honors from Emory University, obtaining his medical degree, surgical training, and MBA from the University of Florida where he taught surgery for over thirteen years as an Associate Professor.

Dr. Imami is an invited Fellow of the prestigious American College of Surgeons and in 1998 he pioneered an affiliation with the University of Florida as the founding Medical Director of Melbourne-based Holmes Regional Trauma Center. Presently he is a Clinical Associate Professor with Burrell College of Osteopathic Medicine teaching the next generation of physicians in vascular surgery.
