How to Schedule Online

  • You will be directed to the Tepas Healthcare scheduling portal, as they are the central scheduler for Tepas Vein Center.
  • When the new window opens, click on “Book An Appointment”
  • Click “Book” next to Emran Imami
  • On this screen first let us know if you “Have visited this provider/practice before?
  • Next, you will see Appointment reason, select from the drop down menu “Varicose Vein Consultation”
  • Select a time and date that works for you.

From here you will be directed to fill out your personal information, or as we like to call it, demographics. Please include any details about your appointment in the appointment details section. You will also be asked if you have insurance, please include your insurance carrier unless you will be self-pay.
